Maybe it is a streetwear brand that started as a sketch during a wild night out. Maybe it is a sports brand that came to your mind while training and easily outperforms every other brand with its functional design. Or maybe it is something completely unique that nobody has ever seen before, but deep inside you feel it could work.

Preparation of Print Files
To produce your promotional products cleanly, we need suitable print files. Don’t worry, you do not have to be an expert. We make it easy for you. If you are not sure, simply contact us via email or phone and we will make sure you get what you really want.
Ideally, send us your logo or artwork as a print-ready file according to DTP guidelines. Vector files are especially suitable because they can be enlarged, reduced and prepared for different printing techniques without any loss of quality.
You only have JPG files? Unfortunately, JPG files cannot be used directly as print-ready files with us. No problem: Send us your file. We will check it and prepare your artwork for production if possible.
Recommended File Formats for Your Print Data
For the production and finishing of your promotional products, we preferably work with the following formats:
PDF, EPS, AI, CDR, SVG

These formats are ideal if you want to print, engrave or refine your logo on promotional products. They help ensure that your artwork is implemented as clear as crystal, sharp as pepperoni and professional like Michael Jordan.

Additionally, we can also work with raster formats if the quality is sufficient.
Please make sure your file has a high resolution, clean edges and is large enough for the desired print area.
What Additional Information Do We Need?
Besides the file itself, we also need the desired print position, which you can define during the ordering process. We also need the preferred print size and, if available, your color specifications such as Pantone, CMYK or defined brand colors.
Whether your logo should appear subtly on a power bank, large on a bag or elegantly on a writing set is entirely up to you. Tell us what you have in mind. We will make sure your brand lands exactly where it belongs.
Our File Check Is Free
As soon as your order has been paid and all required print files have arrived, we will check your print data free of charge. We verify whether your logo or artwork is suitable for the selected finishing method and whether everything is ready for production.
Small adjustments are naturally included as well. If your logo needs to be enlarged, reduced or moved slightly into the right position, we will take care of it.
When Additional Graphic Work Will Be Charged
Anything that goes beyond small adjustments will be evaluated separately and charged if necessary. This includes changing colors, rebuilding logos, redesigning artwork or creating completely new print files.
